Unlike other day,I was very excited as I got up early in the morning at sharp 6 in the morning.I was in hurry to finish all my household activities as I had a trip scheduled for Noida and Greater Noida.I am a resident of Delhi and I write for a website, which deals with real estate marketing.This trip was part of my reasearch,which i am conducting for the website i work.So as per the scheduled time at 8am, I started my journey from North campus, Delhi (as I reside there).
Noida connects to Delhi through a network of roads, national highways and ultra modern DND flyover.Within 30 minutes, I reached Sector 15,Noida, one of the posh areas in Noida.The residential complexe in sector 15 are well planned and maintained.
Then I reached sector 74, Noida.Through window of my car I could see the metro line passes through this sector which directly connects to Noida city centre.The sectors namely, 74,75,76,77 & 78 are adjacent to each other .I was astonished to see the amount of development taking place in these areas.The magnificient townships & commercial spaces are constructed and developed by various builders.To name few of them, AMRAPALI GROUP,Helious, Supertech,Mahagun and assotech and the list is infact very long.The residential complexes are constructed at both the sides of the road along these sectors(mentioned above).
Then I reached Noida extension which comprises of sector 1,2 3.These sectors are again the hub of developments .Then i went to ‘ WISHTOWN’ BY Jaypee Group.The atmosphere in the wishtown was really a treat for my eyes with the luxurious villa and apartments and the plenty of greenery present.You can surely unlock your world of dreams if you own a apartment in the Wishtown.
Now ,it was time to go to Greater Noida.Greater Noida is one of the most planned and well maintained city.The plenty of greens in the belt of Greater Noida provides you with fresh air to breathe in.Then I was in front of Jaypee greens, Greater Noida.The luxurious villas,flats, and the golf course can relish you luxurious living.Along with the residential projects, the commercial projects are also being developed at a fast pace.Real estate giants like Spiretec, Parax,Logix and supertech are developing various commercial spaces in these belts.

My visit to Noida & Greater Noida turned out to be a great experience.With all these experience i can assure you that both Noida & Greater Noida are among the best business destination present in India Today..
